My latest film project was collaborating with animator Peter Leary on the 3D animated book trailer for my book series, Nit Boy. A producer has recently optioned the series for TV.
Another film worth a look is:
Change the World in Five Minutes, Every Day at School.
It’s a dynamic short I made for SBS TV and Film Australia, following a class as they spend the first five minutes of every day at school taking action to change the world in positive ways. Find out more here or watch the film here.
I’ve been making movies since I was twelve years old. As a teenager I started a lawnmowing business with some mates and used the profits to buy our first video camera. Our first horror movie, Within the Woods, will never see the light of day. Thankfully.
But I’ve made some films since then that are fit for human consumption. Our short, Soar, screened on the U.S. Sundance Channel and has won a bunch of awards. In 2009 you can catch it on Movie Extra downunder.
The New Boots stars Luke Carroll with a cameo by ex-Heavyweight champion of the world, ‘Aussie’ Joe Bugner.
I am currently developing several film and TV projects for kids and teens.
